Our program includes the following core services, categorized by their recommended frequency:

Quarterly Services:

  • Kitchen Sink Drain Flush: An environment & septic-safe flush to prevent grease build up in drain pipes.

  • HVAC Air Filter Change: Regular replacement of HVAC air filters to maintain indoor air quality and system efficiency.

  • Test GFCI Outlets: Verification of proper functionality for all GFCI outlets to ensure electrical safety.

Bi-Annual Services:

  • Smoke & CO Detector Test: Testing of all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, including one complimentary battery change-out per year.

  • Clean Appliances: Vacuuming of fridge and freezer vents/coils and cleaning of dishwasher filters to optimize performance and prevent malfunctions.

  • Fill Plumbing Traps: Ensuring all plumbing traps have water to prevent sewer gases from entering the home.

  • Clean Gutters: Removal of obstructions and debris from gutters. (Only applicable to first story gutters; not applicable if gutter guards are installed).

Annual Services:

  • HVAC Condensate Drain Flush: A vinegar solution flush and vacuum clean out of the HVAC condensate drain to prevent clogs, water damage, and system deactivation.

  • Dryer Vent Clean Out: A brush and vacuum clean out of the dryer vent to reduce fire hazards and improve dryer efficiency.

  • Water Heater Flush: Flushing of the water heater to remove sediment and prolong its lifespan. (Not applicable to tankless water heaters; not recommended on older tanks that have never been flushed).

  • Winterize Outside Faucets: Detaching hoses and installing freeze prevention measures for outdoor faucets. (Includes the cost of faucet covers)

  • Garage Door Maintenance: Lubrication of garage door springs and testing of anti-close safety features.

By choosing this package, you benefit from discounted services compared to purchasing them individually, ensuring your home stays in top condition with minimal effort on your part.

Gold Tier Package - $650*

This plan focuses only on the core systems of your home ensuring safety risks are minimized. It includes 8 essential services performed over two visits:

  1. Kitchen Sink Drain Flush

  2. HVAC Condensate Drain Clean Out

  3. HVAC Air Filter Change

  4. Smoke & CO Detector Test

  5. Dryer Vent Clean Out

Perfect for those who prefer a once-a-year “refresh”. This package offers all 12 home maintenance tasks, with each task performed once a year all at once, ensuring each element of your home is looked over and potential issues are caught early.

  • Removal of debris and obstructions in gutters. Not applicable on gutters above the first floor or if gutter-guards are installed.

  • Ensure all plumbing traps have water to prevent sewer gases from entering home.

  • Drain and flush sediment from the water heater to ensure longevity. Not applicable on tankless water heaters.

    $50 per visit - Recommended Annually

  • Lubricate garage door spring and test all anti-close safety features.

  • Ensure functionality of GFCI outlets to prevent electrical fires and ensure electrical safety.

    $5 per visit - Recommended Quarterly

  • Detach hoses and install insulating covers. Covers provided.
